PRISM versions
PRISM is supplied in four formats covering all business profiling
needs:
‘PRISM Professional’ is
the ultimate profiling instrument. It provides users with the most comprehensive
range of information about behavioural preferences. Outputs include:
profile maps showing a candidate’s natural preferences, adapted preferences
and consistent preferences; an Emotional Intelligence profile; a ‘Big
Five’ profile; a ‘26 point Career Development Analysis’ chart and an overall
profile text narrative. The full version also enables a candidate’s
profile to be matched with a job benchmark and has the capability to manage
a full 360-degree feedback process including in-house or generic competencies.
‘PRISM Pro-Select’ provides
a single eight dimension candidate profile which can be matched against
a job benchmark. A print out of the candidate / job match analysis can
be generated. This is ideal for large scale recruitment screening and can
be upgraded at a later date to PRISM Professional – the full version
of the instrument.
‘PRISM 4D’ is
a four-dimension profiling instrument and comes complete with a workbook.
Quick and easy to use, it provides a great introduction to understanding
behaviour. It can be used in business to provide an easy to understand
indication of behavioural preference, thus allowing individuals to understand
themselves and others better. Designed for use by young people from 12 years
of age upwards it is ideal for use in schools, colleges and universities.
‘PRISM Select’ provides
a high volume, low cost instrument which prioritises a candidate’s work
preference and matches them with the behavioural priorities of a specific
job or role. The candidate’s profile can be matched
against a job benchmark which indicates the behavioural requirements of
the job and arranged in order of priority. A print out of the candidate
/ job match analysis is provided. PRISM Select is ideal for organisations
which handle large numbers of job applications and require a easy to use
screening instrument.
